The Daily Post Failure (Topic: are you stressed out?)

The question inside the bracket in the post title above is actually the topic #6 out of 365 randomly chosen topics at The Daily Post.

As stressed out by The Daily Post, their suggested topics are optional, which means I’m free to either pick it as it is or modify it to my liking. All I’d need is some explanation. And I can also post something entirely different.

According to The Daily Post again, the questions are brought to us by Plinky. The actual question is as below:

Are you stressed out right now? (If so, why? If not, why not?)

I have no problem with answering the question itself, but the actual problem is The Daily Post failed to link the question to its original source at Plinky. Instead they only provided the link to Plinky. That makes me wonder what’s the point of mentioning the name Plinky there if people can’t answer the question from its place in Plinky? Believe me I’ve browsed countless of pages of ‘prompts’ at Plinky but I can’t find the above question.

Now I think The Daily Post shouldn’t overlook this silliness. Of course people can just copy-paste the question but that would make mentioning the name Plinky become pointless. Besides, answering the question directly from Plinky would allow us to update multiple blogs (of different services) simultaneously.

I’ll try to post every week (or everyday if possible) in 2011

I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now.  I will be posting on this blog at least once a week (if not once a day) for all of 2011.

I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful (after all I still have tons of draft articles and ideas. It’s just that I have a hard time to translate them into proper words). Anyways since I’m already starting then there’s no turning back for me. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost as well as the Plinky service, and the community of other bloggers with similar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can. Yes, I’ll be needing your support as the reader of my blog as a motivation for me to keep going.

If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.
